The Client
A Rosette standard Hotel / Country Inn, with Guest bar and restaurant, serving seasonal dishes to a rosette standard with frequently changing menus and blackboards with a team of 7 chefs
The Position
Head Chef required to work alongside the Executive Head Chef (not based on site) you would be responsible for the daily running of the kitchen, writing menus, recruiting and training your team ensuring standards are maintained while developing your menus.
The Person
We are looking for a friendly, talented chef, somebody who enjoys cooking good food. An organised person that understands the importance of building a team.
Location
Applicants will ideally need to live in the Stamford, Oakham, Peterborough or Grantham area with their own transport
Benefits
Base Salary of £32,000 – £35,000
Potential for a 4 day week (4 days on 3 days off)
