The Position
Junior Sous Chef required to strengthen the team, working alongside the Head Chef and Senior Sous Chefs. The role will be lead sections ensuring that the team of Chef de Parties and Commis are completing food prep and cooking correctly, helping to maintain a positive feel in the kitchen and training Juniors as and when required.
The Person
We are looking for a somebody who is enjoys cooking with a positive attitude, somebody keen to learn new cooking skills and who can work well in a team.
Location
Applicants will need to live in the Melton Mowbray, Wymeswold, Asfordby, Keyworth, Loughborough, Sileby, Barrow upon Soar, Syston or Thurmaston area with their own transport
