The Client
A busy gastro pub, located just outside of Stamford serving fresh seasonal produce

The Position
Sous Chef required to work alongside the Head Chef assisting with the daily running of the kitchen, completing prep and cooking through service.

The Person
We are looking for a good communicator, somebody who enjoys cooking good food, who has passion and enthusiasm and is keen to put forward ideas, this position may suit a strong Chef de Partie ready for their first Sous Position

Location
Applicants will ideally need to live in the Stamford, Peterborough Market Deeping, Market Deeping, Wansford or Werrington area with their own transport

Benefits
Base Salary of £24,000 – £26,000
