The Position
Assistant Manager required to work alongside the Manager deputising on their days off ensuring the front of house runs smoothly, assisting with staff training, Rotas, guest liaison and of course customer service.
This is a senior front of House position and the company has a strong ‘train and promote from within’ ethic with previous Assistant Managers becoming managers at sister properties.
The Person
We are looking for somebody who enjoys good food, good beer, wines and who enjoys guest interaction. Some previous experience of working in bars or restaurants is essential for this position.
Location
Applicants will ideally need to live in the Newmarket, Ely, Cambridge, Mildenhall, Haverhill, Sudbury or Bury St Edmunds area with their own transport
