An amazing opportunity for an Assistant Manager to join this friendly and experienced team in this privately owned refurbished food led country pub keen to push for accolades
As Assistant Manager you should have knowledge of working with good food and wine and have the necessary skills to provide the service to match.
You should also be capable of deputising for the Manager covering for his days off and holidays etc
This is a hands on position where everyone is involved in trying surpass customer expectations. It has a professional but friendly feel to the business sometimes with the chef owner bringing out some of the dishes and talking to guests
Applicants will ideally need to live in the Cheltenham, Stow-on-the-wold, Bourton-on-the-water, or possibly Broadway area with their own transport
Possible assistance with a room for 3 months to allow somebody to relocate or find accommodation locally.
Benefits
Base Salary of £24,000 – £26,000 (depending upon experience)
Amazing Staff Tips (currently averaging £800 per month! = £9,600 per year paid monthly)
