The Client
A small Country Inn, serving a range of pub classics and daily specials with several Real Ales

The Position
Assistant Manager / Duty Manager required to run front of house shifts meeting with guests, taking orders and ensuring that service standards are followed and maintained.
At times you will be leading the front of house team working with the Chef Manager working together to promote the menus and maximising revenue

The Person
We are looking for a friendly people person, somebody who knows the daily operation and duties required for running a bar this could be a member of bar staff looking to take on more responsibility

Location
Applicants will ideally need to live in the Bourne, Stamford, Peterborough, Spalding or Market Deeping area with their own transport

Benefits
Base Salary of £24,000 – £26,000
