Banqueting Sous Chef required to organise and send the daily functions this will include organising and completing prep, taking into account any dietary requirements and will involve organising different sized groups in various function rooms. You will be fully backed up by the Executive Head Chef and the rest of the team where required.
We are looking for a friendly, talented chef, somebody who enjoys cooking good food. An organised person that understands the importance of planning and paying attention to ‘the small details’ ensuring the banqueting runs smoothly
Applicants will ideally need to live in the Peterborough, Stamford, Oundle, Sawtry or possibly the Huntingdon area with their own transport
Base Salary of upto £32,000
