Fry up your bacon in a pan til crispy add chopped garlic, rosemary chopped leafy greens and wilt down. Whilst your sorting this…Get the kids to crack a dozen eggs into a big bowl and whisk(good luck with this, strain off the shell!)

Season your eggs with salt and pepper, pour over your greens and bacon(I set aside some crispy bacon to throw over at the end)
Drop in some little nuggets of ricotta, pop a lid on and cover with a few hot coals. Bake until just cooked(this took around 8 mins)

Remove from the heat.
Top with ricotta, herbs (basil, mint, fennel fronds work well), olive oil, and a good squeeze of lemon juice. #outdoorcooking @theprettygoodfeed #bbqbreakfast #frittata #ricotta
