The Client
A recently refurbished Hotel and Restaurant serving a popular grill and sharing menu with a team of 12 chefs
The Position
Chef de Partie required to join the kitchen, assisting with daily prep and cooking a variety of starters and main courses
The Person
They are looking for somebody who enjoys being busy, ideally somebody with experience of cooking lots of steaks, grills etc maybe within a semi branded restaurant and with the ability to be creative with daily specials.
Location
The hotel is set in a rural location so applicants will ideally need to live in the Cheltenham, Gloucester, Cirencester, Burford, or Broadway area with their own transport
Benefits
Base Salary of £24,000 – £26,000
(paid £10.50 per hour for every hour worked)
Share of Tips a further £1,500 – £2,000
