The Client
This superb Coastal hotel serving some amazing dishes created from fresh local seasonal ingredients. Typically serving 40 covers per service.
The Position
Chef de Partie required to join the team, assisting with daily prep and cooking during service. Service is a well run and organised allowing the team to get involved with each course, gaining valuable all round experience.
The Person
We are looking for a friendly, talented chef, ideally somebody with experience of Rosette standard cooking somebody who enjoys cooking good food as part of a team
Location
Applicants will ideally need to live in the Woodbridge, Saxmundham, Wickham Market, Thorpeness or Ipswich area with their own transport
Benefits
Base Salary of upto £24,000 (depending on experience)
Share of Staff Tips approx. 150 Per month
Typically a 40 hour working week
