Chef de Partie Dining Pub Newmarket

The Client
A superb dining pub restaurant, serving dishes created from fresh local seasonal ingredients

The Position
Chef de Partie required to join the team, assisting with daily food prep, learning sections and cooking through service

The Person
We are looking for a friendly, talented chef, ideally somebody with rosette experience who can keep cool under pressure, stay organised and that works well as part of a team

Ideally our Client is looking for an experienced Chef de Partie but would seriously look at a strong Commis Chef with relevant experience looking to step up.

Location
Applicants will ideally need to live in the Newmarket, Ely, Cambridge, Lakenheath or Bury St Edmunds area with their own transport
