The Client
a superb coastal hotel with stunning sea views serving light lunches and more refined evening menu created from fresh local produce using lots of local fish landed daily
The Position
Chef de Partie required to join the team working with a recently appointed Head Chef, learning the new menu, assisting with daily food prep, running a section and cooking through service.
The Person
We are looking for a friendly, talented chef, somebody who enjoys cooking good food and can communicate well
Location
Live in is available, a 2 minute walk from the hotel or applicants will need to live in the Lyme Regis, Seaton, Colyton, Axminster, Bridport or Honiton area with their own transport
Benefits
Base Salary of £25,000 – £26,000 (depending upon experience)
