The Client
A busy privately owned Country Pub Restaurant located close to Market Harborough serving a popular menu with a selection of Grills and Pub Classics with daily specials

The Position
Chef de Partie required to join the team assisting with the daily food preparation and cooking on a daily basis.

The Person
They are looking for a chef who enjoys being busy, understands the importance of attention to detail and who can keep a cool head under pressure.

Location
Applicants will ideally need to live in the Market Harborough, Desborough, Corby, Uppingham, Lutterworth or possibly Kettering area with their own transport

Benefits
Base Salary of upto £22,000
Share of Tips paid weekly averaging at approx. £3,000 – £4,000 per year)
Meals on Duty
28 Days Holiday
Free Parking
