Chef de Partie Rosette Stamford Lincolnshire upto 32K Plus Tips and Live In
Chef de Partie required to join the main kitchen at this busy hotel and restaurant
The Executive Chef is looking for two Chef de Parties to complete his team
He is looking for one Chef de Partie with previous experience of rosette standard cooking to work in the larder section
And one Chef de Partie to work in the vegetable section – this role would suit an experienced chef but doesn’t have to have fine dining experience
As Chef de Partie you will be working as part of the team assisting with a variety of daily tasks which will include organising your section making sure it is organised and cooking through service.
There is Live in available for this position if required but would also suit anyone living close to Stamford Market Deeping Oakham Corby or possibly Peterborough area with their own transport if required
Benefits
Base Salary of £28,000 – £32,000 (depending upon experience)
