The Client
A country pub and fine dining restaurant with a recently appointed Head Chef looking to push food standards to the next level aiming for 2 Rosettes initially and then beyond
The Position
Commis Chef required to join the team, you will be trained how to prepare and cook dishes from the menu assisting with daily food prep and cooking during service
The Person
We are looking for a chef, somebody who is keen to cook good food and will put in the required effort to achieve great results
Location
Applicants will ideally need to live in the Sleaford, Grantham, Newark, Bourne or possibly Boston area with their own transport
Benefits
Base Salary of upto £20,000 (depending upon experience)
Share of Staff Tips (equal to a further £3,000)
