Credit to @chef_steve_26 Duck breast glazed in ras el hanout and honey / slow cooked leg croquette/ roast onion tarte fine the onions are roasted in duck fat / bitter leaf in black garlic/ molasses and beetroot purée / a rich duck sauce with molasses / lightly pickled pomegranate . It’s cold and wet so this will brighten up the guests tonight a cheeky little special
