One of my absolute favourite dishes that we’ve done in @notch8restaurant since I started working here! It’s still on our menu, and I can confidently say that it will remain until my time is done! It’s a item that has beautiful texture, depth of flavour, umami, and sophistication all wrapped in a surprisingly simple dish.. we can’t wait to welcome you all back to give it a try!
