A very flavoursome cut with a pleasant chew to it, plenty of intermuscular fat running through keeping it super juicy and full of flavour.
Tempered and cooked from raw over very good quality charcoal for a few minutes whilst turning regularly until a hard bark is achieved and cooked M/R plus a good rest whilst being brushed with some sexy super juices ?
Sliced & served simply with plenty of good salt, wasabi & soy sauce ?
No need to mess about when the product is already this good ??
