Credit to @exploreandeatmtl As it’s getting hotter now smoothie bowls are a staple for me everyday, so going to do a series of fun smoothie bowl recipes! This first one is a dragonfruit smoothie & one of my faves (because it’s so bright coloured and pretty ?).

DRAGONFRUIT SMOOTHIE BOWL:
-1 cup of frozen dragonfruit, pineapple, banana & avocado pieces
-1 tbsp peanut butter
-1 or 2 tbsps coconut yogurt (or any yogurt)
-1 date
-splash of milk or water

Blend until smooth & creamy and top with your fave toppings. Mine were chocolate granola from @rawcology , hemp hearts from @manitobaharvest , dried goji berries from @suncorefoods & pumpkin seeds. –
