Credit to @frederikpascal Honey, pollen and aloe vera ???
The evolution of
Dessert honey dedicated to the villa’s beekeeping.
It includes all the various processes and transformations of honey, starting right from the honeycomb or beehive which, being composed of wax, is edible, passing through the honey itself and the dried pollen, reaching the maximum transformations at the level of fermentation such as mead and ending with its vinegar.
I’m going to add aloe vera both for its originality, for its benefits but above all because it is an excellent contrast with the marked sweetness of honey.
