The last couple of days and weeks made me think about the magic that we can experience on a daily basis. Even when life goes haywire, when some things fall apart and other things magically fall into place – it’s the realization that the tiny little moments, that sometimes seem so casual, actually hold the most magic. ✨
There is so much magic in sunshine, in flowers, in music, in tears, in a single glance, in a loving smile, in the touch of hands, in hugs and kisses. Magic is everywhere. Sometimes all it takes is a deep breath and a shift of perspective. ✨

Recipe;
2 frozen bananas
2 frozen spinach cubes (or 2 handful of fresh spinach)
5 florets frozen cauliflower
2 tbsp coconut milk
2 soft dates
1 heaping tbsp cacao powder
Pinch of salt
Blend all the ingredients in a high speed blender until super creamy. You might want to let them thaw for a little while before blending. You can swap the coconut milk for yoghurt or other milk if you like and believe me, you won’t even taste the cauliflower nor the spinach!
