Last week I had the opportunity to cook a dinner for some neighbours celebrating their birthday, who had requested a seafood-forward meal. As you probably would have guessed, I was very happy to oblige ?? Here’s one of the dishes I served at their dinner, inspired by my love for New England Clam Chowder.
