The dish that I entered for @craftguildofchefs #ncoty semi-final. I had to get it done quickly due to having a wedding booked for the weekend near the submission date. Over the pandemic, we turned the pub into a takeaway, and sold an extraordinary amount of classic fish and chips, so I decided to re-interpret it as the brief was a dish about my experiences during lockdown.
