Credit to @theunlikely_foodie I’m a bit obsessed with Liege waffles at the moment, as my burnt fingers will testify (they taste the best fresh from the waffle iron, fact). @ravneeteats recipe which you can find over on her grid, traditional pearl sugar in half and blueberries in the other half (definitely do those last as they make a mess of your waffle plates – well worth it though). Nutella and raspberry coulis to dip – knives and forks not welcome here.
