Credit to @whatstormeats Otoro, thyme, lemon oil
Straying away from the traditional Japanese flavours the yield itself so well to a tuna tartare like this and heading to Europe or I thinks, anyway. The Otoro is wonderfully fatty and rich and combined with fresh and fragrant thyme, @bellaterra_says Sicilian lemon oil, sharp acidity of capers and buttery, toasted pine nuts; this kind of sings of Sicily to me. Delish.
Seriously beautiful tuna from @atunrojofuentes from the ever brilliant @nottinghillfishshop 🐟
