Credit to @whipupastorm I’ve seen @rosiefoodie’s wild garlic and cheddar scones doing the rounds and just needed that magical ingredient to be able to make them myself…
Didn’t have cheddar so used garlic and nettle @lyburncheese which is made locally in the New Forest and is absolutely glorious.
