Head Chef 45K High End Hotel and Bistro
A superb new hotel with a purpose built state of the art kitchen featuring a Rotisserie Ovenand Char grill looking to create 2 dining experiences; a fast paced pub lounge bar and a showcase restaurant that is looking to put a modern twist on classic French bistro food
The Position
Hands on Head Chef required to run the kitchen, train the team, meet with suppliers and develop the menus.
The Person
We are looking for a creative chef who can create a modern take on French Bistro food, built around flavour and cooking techniques
Location
Applicants will ideally need to live in the Carlisle, Brampton, Houghton, Longtown, Warwick Bridge, Wetheral or possibly Armathwaite area with their own transport
Benefits
Base Salary of upto £45,000 (depending upon experience)
Bonus structure that will be based initially on revenue and profitability with incentives for achieving ‘milestone targets’
