The Client
A popular Country Inn, with busy beer garden and restaurant, serving light lunches, popular Pub Classics and Chefs Specials with a team of 3 chefs

The Position
Head Chef required for the daily running of the kitchen, writing menus, recruiting and training your team ensuring standards are maintained while developing your menus.

The Person
We are looking for a friendly, talented chef, somebody who enjoys cooking good food. An organised person that communicates well and understands the importance of working as part of a team.

Location
Applicants will ideally need to live in the Winchester, Alresford, Alton, Basingstoke or Petersfield area with their own transport

Benefits
Base Salary of £28,000 – £29,000
4 ½ day week (Sunday Evening & Monday, Tuesday)
