Fast Paced Restaurant open for Breakfast, Brunch and Lunch serving simple menus serving Breakfast items, Wraps alongside Fish and Chips, Steaks, Burgers and Ribs with space for daily specials
The Position
Head Chef required for the daily running of the kitchen, organising the team ensuring standards are maintained and creating daily specials. The Hours will start from 7am – 5pm during the summer and 7am – 2pm during the rest of the year. Required to work 2 – 3 evenings per month
The Person
We are looking for a friendly, talented chef, somebody who enjoys being busy and can keep a cool head while cooking good tasty food.
Somebody that has worked for a Branded / Semi Branded Operation would fit perfectly
Location
Applicants will ideally need to live in the area

Base Salary of £32,000 (depending upon experience)
