The Client
This superb Country House Hotel set in its own grounds typically serving 30 – 40 covers per evening of 2-3 Rosette standard cooking.

The Position
Head Chef required to lead the kitchen, creating menus from fresh local and seasonal ingredients.

The Person
They are looking for a talented and experienced chef somebody with vision and lots of ideas to really make a mark and who can communicate these ideas to their team.

Location
The hotel is set in a rural location so applicants will ideally need to live in the Builth Wells, Brecon, Hay on Wye, or Llandovery area with their own transport although live in is available

Benefits
Base Salary of £32,000 – £34,000
