Head Chef Pushing For 3 Rosettes

The Client
A Deluxe Country Hotel currently holding 2 Rosettes that is looking to elevate guest dining to 3 Rosettes.
The Restaurant is open for Dinner 7 Evenings and for Sunday lunch (but closed for lunch Mon-Sat)

The Position
Head Chef required to run the separate fine dining kitchen leading a team of 7 chefs creating and developing menus with the overall aim of gaining 3 Rosettes

The Person
We are looking for a creative chef, with a solid background in fine dining capable of running a kitchen, developing the menus and the team.
