Head Chef Town Centre Pub

The Client
A recently purchased Town Centre Pub looking to serve a selection of pub classics and creative lunchtime sandwiches alongside a specials board to allow the chef some freedom to create their own dishes.

The Position
Head Chef position currently serving 20 – 40 covers per service, the owner is looking for a chef to take charge of the kitchen and develop menus to help create an identity for the property, the owner is very keen to have a small but popular menu with changing specials daily and weekly.

The Person
We are looking for a friendly, talented chef somebody who is organised and would like the chance to run their own kitchen and develop ideas

Location
Applicants will ideally need to live in the Spalding, Bourne, or Market Deeping area with their own transport

Benefits
Base Salary of £28,000 – £30,000
Share of Staff Tips
Meals on Duty
28 Days Holiday
