Head Chef Village Pub Peterborough
Head Chef required to run the kitchen in a Village Pub on the outskirts of Peterborough serving a few pub classics and tasty daily specials.
As Head Chef you will be responsible for writing and costing the menus and ordering your ingredients.
The owner is pretty easy going and is happy to leave you to be as creative as you like on the specials boards as long as there is a couple of simple dishes for regular locals
We are looking for a friendly, creative chef, somebody who enjoys being busy and can keep a cool head under pressure.
Location
Applicants will ideally need to live in the Newborough, Glinton, Peakirk, Peterborough, Werrington, Market Deeping, Tallington, Baston or Stamford area with their own transport
Benefits
Base Salary of £35,000 – £38,000 (Depending on Experience)
