Junior Sous Chef Brecon, Wales
A superb, well established dining pub, serving award winning food created from fresh local, seasonal produce serving 50 – 60 Covers midweek and upto 80 at the weekends
A Junior Sous Chef required to work alongside the Head Chef and Sous Chef assisting with the daily running of the kitchen, organising daily prep and helping to train the team ensuring standards are maintained.
We are looking for a friendly, talented chef, somebody who can keep cool under pressure, stay organised and that understands the importance of building a team.
Ideally our Client is looking for a Junior Sous Chef with good all round experience, somebody used to cooking with fresh ingredients, sometimes straight from the kitchen garden
Applicants will ideally need to live in the Brecon, Hay on Wye, Builth Wells, Talgarth or possibly Abergavenny area with their own transport
Base Salary of £24,000 – £25,000
