A superb Gastro Pub pushing for accolades, serving dishes created from fresh local seasonal ingredients
The Position
Junior Sous Chef required to work closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef assisting with the day to day running of the kitchen, assisting with daily food prep, delegating tasks to the team ensuring daily prep lists are completed
The Person
We are looking for a friendly, talented chef, ideally somebody with rosette experience who can keep cool under pressure, stay organised and that works well as part of a team
Ideally our Client is looking for an experienced Junior Sous Chef but would seriously look at a strong Chef de Partie with relevant experience looking to step up.
Location
Applicants will ideally need to live in the Saffron Walden, Royston, Duxford, Linton Thaxted or Stansted area with their own transport
Benefits
Base Salary of £24,000 – £26,000 (depending upon experience)
