This Superb Coastal Hotel with a recently appointed head chef, is looking for a Junior Sous Chef to help develop the menus and improve standards in the kitchen
The Head Chef has solid Rosette and Michelin experience and plans to push for a comfortable 2 – 3 Rosettes standard with a frequently changing 7/7/6 menu
The Head Chef has a good insight to using the best produce, when it is available and where to get it and is happy to share this knowledge with somebody that is keen to learn
The restaurant has all year round trade which is good because although it does get a bit busier in the summer the numbers are managed well allowing a good consistent service with a well trained team
Live in is available if required or for any applicants living in the Falmouth, Constantine or Penryn area with their own transport.
Benefits
Basic salary of upto £29,000 (depending upon experience)
