The Client
A superb fine dining restaurant. Serving Tasting menus for 30 – 50 Guests created from fresh seasonal ingredients, championing local produce.

The Position
Junior Sous Chef required to join the team, Working Closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef, assisting with a variety of daily food preparation tasks, running any given section and cooking through service.

The Person
We are looking for a friendly, talented chef, somebody who has experience of cooking with all fresh ingredients ideally with some previous fine dining experience although this is not essential

Location
Applicants will need to live in the Leamington Spa, Warwick, Sotham, Stratford-upon-Avon, Kenilworth, area with their own transport

Benefits
Base Salary of upto £30,000 (depending upon experience)
