The Client
A Rosette standard Hotel / Country Inn, with Guest bar and restaurant, serving seasonal dishes to a rosette standard with frequently changing menus with a team of 7 chefs
The Position
Junior Sous Chef required to work alongside the recently appointed Head Chef and Sous Chef assisting with the daily running of the kitchen occasionally running a section and the pass. Your duties will also include helping to train juniors, organising daily prep and ensuring standards are maintained.
The Person
We are looking for a friendly, talented chef, somebody who enjoys cooking good food and can communicate well.
Location
Applicants will ideally need to live in the Oakham, Stamford, Peterborough or Grantham area with their own transport
Benefits
Base Salary of Upto £26,000
Potential for a 4 day week (4 days on 3 days off)
