Junior Sous Chef required for this Coastal Restaurant that has a fantastic reputation for using all fresh local ingredients including lots of local fish as you would expect!
The Head Chef has been at the property for several years now and has a good insight to using the best produce, when it is available and where to get it and is happy to share this knowledge with somebody that is keen to learn
The restaurant has all year round trade which is good because although it does get a bit busier in the summer the numbers are managed well allowing a good consistent service with a well trained team
Unfortunately there is no live in available so applicants will need to live in the St Ives, Hayle, Carbis Bay, or Penzance area with their own transport.
Basic salary of upto £30,000 (depending upon experience)
Generous Tips (Typically £5,000 – £6,000 per year paid monthly)
