The Client
A busy, privately owned Town Centre Hotel and Restaurant with casual all day dining concept
The Position
Junior Sous Chef required to work alongside the Head Chef and Sous Chef assisting with the daily running of the kitchen. Your duties will include organising daily food prep, delegating some tasks to juniors ensuring standards are maintained. Cooking during service and covering sections when required.
The Person
We are looking for a friendly, talented chef, somebody who enjoys being busy and can keep a cool head under pressure.
Location
Applicants will ideally need to live in the Stamford, Peterborough, Oakham, Market Deeping, Bourne or Grantham area with their own transport
