The Client
An amazing, award winning Country House Hotel with a Fine dining Restaurant, Afternoon Teas and Superb Private dining is looking for a Head Pastry Chef to lead the Pastry team

The Position
Michelin experienced Head Pastry Chef required to lead the team and run the pastry department, creating a range of Hot and cold desserts.

The Person
We are looking for a friendly, talented pastry chef, somebody who can keep cool under pressure, stay organised and that understands the importance of consistent creative quality.

Ideally our Client is looking for a Head Pastry Chef but would seriously look at a strong Pastry Sous Chef looking to step up.

Location
Applicants will ideally need to live in the Bath, Corsham, Chippenham, Chipping Sodbury or Possibly Malmesbury area with their own transport
