The Client
Small country House Hotel awarded a Michelin star for its fine dining restaurant serving a daily changing tasting menu championing fresh local produce, including lots of fresh fish, shellfish and local game when in season
The Position
Chef de Partie to work as part of this talented and friendly team run by Chef Patron and Head Chef. Assisting with daily food prep and cooking through service.
The Chef Patron has successfully trained many chefs over the last 20+ years with several going on to run their own restaurants.
The Person
We are looking for a friendly, talented chef, with an eye for detail, somebody who can keep cool under pressure, who is keen to learn lots of new skills and that works well as part of a team.
Location
Applicants will ideally need to live in the Holt, Sheringham, Cromer, Wells-next-the-sea, Burnham Market or possibly Fakenham area with their own transport

Base Salary of upto £28,000 (depending Upon Experience)
