The Client
Small country House Hotel awarded a Michelin star for its fine dining restaurant serving a daily changing tasting menu championing fresh local produce, including lots of fresh fish, shellfish and local game when in season

Open for Dinner 7 days but only Sunday Lunch

The Position
Pastry Chef to lead a team of 2 producing a selection of Breads, Petit fours, Canapes, pre Desserts, Desserts and cakes etc for 10 – 15 afternoon teas daily

The Chef Patron is happy to give the pastry chef a relative free reign to create different desserts daily or give guidance to any level required

The Person
We are looking for a friendly, creative chef, with an eye for detail, somebody who can keep cool under pressure, with excellent pastry skills and who is happy to train and guide a small pastry team

Applicants will ideally need to live in the Holt, Sheringham, Cromer, Wells-next-the-sea, Burnham Market or possibly Fakenham area with their own transport

Base Salary of upto £32,000 (depending Upon Experience)
