Small country House Hotel awarded a Michelin star for its fine dining restaurant serving a daily changing tasting menu championing fresh local produce, including lots of fresh fish, shellfish and local game when in season
Open for Dinner 7 days but only Sunday Lunch – Tasting Menus Change daily with one sitting, guests all tend to dine at the same time giving you a great opportunity to focus on each course and achieve higher standards without A La Carte pressure
The Position
Sous Chef required to join the Chef Patron, Head Chef and team, assisting with the smooth running of the kitchen, contributing to ongoing menu development and cooking during service
The Person
We are looking for a friendly, creative, organised chef, with an eye for detail, somebody who can keep cool under pressure and is good at training juniors
Location
Applicants will ideally need to live in the Holt, Sheringham, Cromer, Wells-next-the-sea, Burnham Market or possibly Fakenham area with their own transport
Benefits
Base Salary of upto £32,000 – £37,000 (depending Upon Experience)
