The Client
A superb, well established dining pub, serving award winning food created from fresh local, seasonal produce serving 50 – 60 Covers midweek and upto 80 at the weekends
The Position
A Pastry Chef de Partie required to run the pastry section, organising daily prep producing a range of hot and cold plated desserts.
The Person
We are looking for a friendly, creative chef, somebody who can keep cool under pressure, stay organised and that understands the importance of building a team.
Ideally our Client is looking for a Chef with good all round experience in Pastry but equally they would look at a Chef de Partie with experience in main kitchen looking to move into pastry
Location
Applicants will ideally need to live in the Brecon, Hay on Wye, Builth Wells, Talgarth or possibly Abergavenny area with their own transport

Base Salary of £24,000 – £25,000
