The Client
Busy Town Centre Hotel, with lounge, bar and restaurant, serving light lunches, bar snacks and evening A La Carte menu

The Position
Pastry Chef de Partie required to organise and run the pastry section, preparing, cooking and plating a selection of 6 hot and cold desserts through service

The Person
We are looking for a friendly, talented chef, somebody who enjoys cooking good food and who enjoys creating delicious desserts.

Location
Applicants will ideally need to live in the Oakham, Uppingham, Corby, Stamford or Market Harborough area with their own transport

Benefits
Base Salary of £21,000 – £24,000
