A Rosette standard Hotel / Country Inn, with lounge bar and restaurant, serving light lunches and rosette standard A La Carte menu
The Position
Pastry Chef de Partie required to organise and run the pastry section, preparing and cooking and plating a selection of 6 – 8 hot and cold desserts through service
The Person
We are looking for a friendly, talented chef, somebody who enjoys cooking good food and who enjoys creating delicious desserts.
Location
Applicants will ideally need to live in the Oakham, Stamford, Peterborough or Grantham area with their own transport
Benefits
Base Salary of £22,000
Potential for a 4 day week (4 days on 3 days off)
