This fast paced restaurant using fresh local seasonal ingredients is looking to push for a Michelin Bib Gourmand, not looking for fine dining just great tasting affordable dining
The property is in a great location and gets a lot of regular customers, serving 60 – 80 covers per service rising to 100+ at the weekends, the kitchen is well organised and service runs smoothly
The Position
Chef de Partie required to join the team, assisting with daily prep and cooking during service.
The Person
We are looking for a friendly, talented chef, ideally somebody with experience of Rosette standard cooking somebody who enjoys cooking good food as part of a team
Location
Applicants will ideally need to live in the Oakham, Uppingham, Corby, Stamford, or Peterborough area with their own transport
Benefits
Base Salary of upto £30,000 (depending on experience)
