A superb, well established dining pub, serving award winning food created from fresh local, seasonal produce pushing for ‘zero food waste’ serving 40 – 50 covers per service midweek and upto 80 at the weekends
A Senior Sous Chef required to work alongside the Head Chef and team assisting with the daily running of the kitchen, organising daily prep and helping to train the team ensuring standards are maintained.
We are looking for a friendly, talented chef, somebody who can keep cool under pressure, stay organised and that understands the importance of building a team.
Ideally our Client is looking for a Sous Chef with good all round experience, somebody used to cooking with fresh ingredients, sometimes straight from the kitchen garden
Location
Applicants will ideally need to live in the Brecon, Hay on Wye, Builth Wells, Talgarth or possibly Abergavenny area with their own transport
Benefits
Base Salary of upto £34,000
Share of Staff Tips/Service Charge (usually at least £6,000 per year, paid monthly)
