Chef de Partie required for this fast paced, University kitchen. Working in the main kitchen, you will be working as part of a team, cooking everything from scratch, producing a daily changing, 3 choice menu, alongside a range of lighter meals
As Chef de Partie you will be working as part of a friendly team, liaising with the Head Chef and Sous Chef, ensuring that daily prep is completed on time and to the correct standards
The Head Chef is looking for a Chef de Partie with experience of cooking with fresh ingredients, ideally with previous experience of working in Hotels, Restaurants, Colleges, Universities, or higher end Contract Caterers.
Applicants will need to live in the Cambridge, Duxford or Newmarket area
Working straight shifts with a mixture of early or midday starts and every other weekend off
